The Low Impact classes incorporate both Stretching and Beginner workouts. If you are a “newbie” to the world of exercise, this is a good place to start. Beginner classes are appropriate for all age groups, teach healthy movement and gentle strengthening. Stretching classes relieve muscle stiffness, relax the body and promote full-body flexibility.

When you sign up for live streaming, you will be directed to a Shopify account where you will add the live-streaming to your shopping cart for R299 per month. You will enter your credit card details and some basic information. This will provide you with access to all live streaming classes for one month once payment has cleared. You can subscribe at any time of the month; your subscription will be valid for one month starting on the date you sign up, and will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time by [INSERT], and the cancellation will be effective from the end of the current subscription period.
When you sign up for Zoom classes, you will also be directed to a Shopify account. Here you will pre-pay for your classes on a monthly basis. Simply select the number of classes you require per week for the relevant month, add them to your shopping cart. You will enter your credit card details and some basic information. (INSERT) This will provide you with access to the classes you have selected. Your subscription will not be automatically renewed, since you have to select the specific classes you want.
No refunds are offered on classes paid for but not used, regardless of the reason; however, they will be available to you on video – see question 2 below.

For live streaming, log on to the website and the stream will be available to you by simply clicking on the picture with the words “start video”. For Zoom, you will need to download the Zoom app onto your PC, tablet or cellphone from the App Store/Play Store. Approximately six hours? before the class you will be sent [VIA E-MAIL? WHATSAPP? CONSIDER WHETHER IT WILL BE SYSTEM-GENERATED AND SENT AUTOMATICALLY, OR MANUALLY BY THE INSTRUCTOR.] the link to join the Zoom meeting, as well as the meeting password.
