We are a Pilates & Body Conditioning Studio, focusing on full body toning and strength, weight loss and fitness.
We offer both online and in-studio sessions.
The stream is our most cost effective solution packed with value. For a small monthly investment you have access to 10 classes a week, streamed straight to this website (on our members page) where you can join the instructors in real time according to our set schedule or do the saved videos at your own convenience.

Focuses on improving balance, increasing core strength and flexibility, relieving stress, improving posture and targeted toning of specific muscle groups. Pilates is also well known to improve and relieve back pain.
Assists with weight loss, increases fitness and energy levels, and gives you sharp bursts of aerobic and cardiovascular exercise which gets the heart pumping. HIIT classes may also increase your metabolic rate for hours after exercising.
Body Conditioning -
Body conditioning classes enhance mood, promote healthy bones, increase muscle strength, help to prevent injuries and can improve running speed.
They combine principles of Pilates with functional training, using major muscle groups simultaneously whilst insuring correct posture, and working from the core.
Low Impact -
Incorporates both Stretching and Beginner workouts. If you are a “newbie” to the world of exercise, this is a good place to start. Beginner classes are appropriate for all age groups, teach healthy movement and gentle strengthening. Stretching classes relieve muscle stiffness, relax the body and promote full-body flexibility.
New to our stream, boxercise is a high intensity boxing fitness class for those wanting a real challenge and a good sweat! This is not for the beginner!
What do you need to stream classes?
Most of our stream classes require no equipment and work with body weight. You will need an internet connection, your own space to workout in and a mat. It's a good idea to have a sweat towel handy and water to stay hydrated.
Some classes will involve weights, a pilates ball or theraband but the instructor will give you the heads up on what you need for the particular class and there is always an option to do the class without the equipment.
