WEIGHT-LOSS BOOT CAMP
A regular Pilates practice can treat ailments like back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis and even Parkinson’s. But one of the most common reasons to do Pilates is because it improves your flexibility and muscle tone… particularly around the waist – an area many people would like to slim and tone.
But with Body Divine, we take it a step further with our intensive weight-loss boot camp.
HOW IT WORKS
Every few months, we host a 4-week weight-loss challenge designed for people of all fitness levels to harness the strength of a community and fun to get fit, healthy and lose weight. For only R1350, you get:
- Pilates classes 6 days a week
- A Saturday morning walk/run
- A personal instructor to motivate you
- Weekly weigh-ins (optional)
- The boot camp manual that includes:
- Goal-setting guidelines
- Weight-loss tips
- A healthy eating plan (with recipes)
- A food diary
- A progress chart
Body Divine’s Pilates classes run six days a week and we host a weekly run/walk to add variety to your routine. At a cost of just R1350 FOR THE FULL 4 WEEKS, this couldn’t be a better opportunity to get into shape. Plus, with a team of individuals holding you accountable and your own fitness expert to support you, you’ll have a divine-feeling body in no time.

Optional one-one-one full body assessment and weigh in:
If you are feeling a little bewildered and don’t want to jump into a group class with loads of others; if you are unsure if your fitness levels are ‘up to scratch’, then begin your health journey with an initial full fitness assessment and weigh in. For R350 you will get assessed during a 45 minute Pilates session with feedback, you will be weighed and personal needs and goals discussed and a specific plan drawn up for you.Thereafter you will be directed to Boot Camp or encouraged to do more private sessions to develop your fitness!
